I really cannot take notes. They get out of hand. I end up using curse words and makings lewd jokes. I know I'm a bibliophile, but I am not that turned on by them, honestly!

Anyway, let's just say that my character reactions for Simon so far have been horrible. I've been trying to make light of this book in the desperate hope that it doesn't turn into another Whaleship Essex, but I'm sure that I'll fail. Anyway, in the meantime, I've been having very immature thoughts about how Simon is being described as queer and is taking more than a passing interest in the 'snake-thing'. I blame it on the guy in the back of the book that talked about how the killing of the pig had some sort of sexual symbolism.

The latest Ouran episode might have broken my brain. I also blame it.
