America's Next Top Model = CRACK

Watching re-runs of Season Two on VH1 and wow, such crack. Shandi cheating on her boyfriend with a young, hot, rich Italian guy? Pretty fucking messed up. I mean no disrespect. Cheating is bad. But she's been without her man since the start of the show (12 all the way down to 4) and is under a huge amount of stress. And suddenly this fly specimen is shoved under her nose and they are in a freaking hot tub, so she sleeps with him. Then she has a freaking breakdown over it, tells her boyfriend and he freaks out and CRIES. WTF. And then he calls her a stupid bitch and my head is saying, "Well you're a fucking bastard who can't expand you're vocabulary beyond "oh my god," "why," and that. Bah. Go be somebody's uke and get over it."

You know how they say girls want their guy to be in touch with their feelings? I am one of those girls. Just not to that extent. -__-;;

ETA: One day later, he's back to being Mr. Supportive. Dude. If you call your girlfriend a bitch, no matter how much she might deserve it, you better be sure that you're over. SO, SO MESSED UP.

I watch this show. Oi.

Exactly! I don't even know when the real season airs, but I've seen the last episode of Season Two five times now. This is both annoying (where are the other seasons???) and pathetic (what's there to watch after the first two viewings?). It is crack. Really, it is.

NO. WAY. I'VE HAD JASON MRAZ' NEW CD ON LOOP FOR FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT. HIS FIRST CD IS PRACTICALLY MY FAVORITE MUSICAL POSSESSION. FUCK, LAURA. FUCKING FUCK.

*splutters various expletives in her envy*

Actually, I read a really weird story about Jason Mraz and his flatmate in an interview in a magazine. You should ask him if he's the one Mraz molested in his sleep (I can see your eyes bugging out so clearly in my mind's eye...). That would be pretty hilarious, since some of my friends and I read that article in FYE when I bought his new CD and we were all like "That poor roomate!" If he is that particular roomie, tell him you know people that send their condolences. ;)

As I read through the booklet, Eric Hinojosa is credited for keyboards on "Life Is Beautiful," "Did You Get My Message?" (also gets a nod for background vocals on this one), "Mr. Curiosity," "Clockwatching," "Bella Luna," "Plane" (where he's credited for programming as well), "O. Lover," "Please Don't Tell Her," "The Forecast," and "Song For A Friend." Also, he's credited under 'additional production' for "Plane," "Please Don't Tell Her," "The Forecast," and "Song For A Friend." He's all over the place! Way cool. :)

Er. Kinda don't want to know why Mraz calls the band(?) the good ship Peace Canoe though. My brain is cracked enough as it is.

haha
that is him,
he is so unbelievably awesome.
like, we connect so well musically.
and during conversation, if standing, begins subconsciously demonstrating interesting and irrelevent choreography.
so real and loveably psychotic.

:P

and he is a grand pianist and songwriter, i believe. also wrote three of the songs on that album!
i believe they are preparing for a world wide tour beginning in november, opening for the rolling stones! ahh. at least eric is.
and man is he INCREDIBLY LOVELY on the eyes.

:D

Excuse me if I reserve judgment on the 'INCREDIBLY LOVELY' comment. In said article he was quoted as having a 'hairy ass,' and while there's a possibility Mraz was exaggerating for the interviewer, it is not exactly a favorable description. :P

..ahh, definitely an exaggeration. maybe classifiable as a lie as well? because not only is he good looking, i was informed of it previous to meeting him by my godparents, and many others in our vast mexican family out there.

and boy, is he.
