Have you been reading Ken Jenning's blog, or should I just continue to be amazed at the random coincidences that pop up in my reading material?

I seem to recall that all of the princesses needed rescuing at some point, much to my dismay. And the one who didn't (Mulan) decided she did not, in fact, want to be second-in-command of like, all China, but instead go home where she wouldn't be complete until a man came for her. ::sigh:: I really liked Mulan until the last five minutes. She deserved better.
(This also dovetails neatly into my rant about how you almost never get to play with the girls in Kingdom Hearts, and then only when playing with the "hero" would be utterly unfeasible.)
