I take it back.
For my own reference, because it appears this season is going to be a lively one, here are the anime I am currently watching this season, in a vague sort of order of preference.
Itazura na Kiss (Because... see original post.)
Junjou Romantica (Because it makes me happy in my ridiculous little yaoi fangirl heart.)
Toshokan Sensou/Library War (Because if there was ever a cause that would get me to take up a gun, it would be this one.)
Himitsu - The Revalation(Because it is fascinating.)
Kyou Kara Maou (Because Wolfram seems to be important again, this season.)
Vampire Knight (Because mmmmmmmm.)
Nabari no Ou (Because every time Miharu does his little devil routine I squee.)
Amatsuki (Because hopefully the anime makes more sense than the manga.)
Special A (Because
arekuru says so. XP)
I remembered at about 4AM last night that I think I was supposed to do something about hotel accommodations for Otakon? Uh, that never happened? This could be a problem?

A lengthy response
You say Wolfram is important again. How important? I never even made it through the OVA because I got bored with all the nothing going on. But if Wolfram gets to do things (real things, not like spending twenty episodes on a boat being sick while Yuri does stuff in someone else's kingdom things), I might get around to watching again.
Can I assume that "mmmmmmmmmm" is for Zero? Because - mmmmmmmm.
Tell me more about Library War and Nabari no Ou. Should I be watching these? I've already got the first ep of Itazura in a folder somewhere to check out.
What, no xxxHolic Kei? ::scandalized:: Just when they're getting to all the super-awesome plot? And Doumeki is even more obviously in love with Watanuki than in the manga, which I would not have thought possible?
::wheedles:: I've got a hotel for AX... You're never coming, are you? I should probably stop bringing it up. Or try to make it out to New York next year, now that I've already been to Hawaii.
Re: A lengthy response
our longJapan's long national nightmare of moe and weird horror crap reigning over the airwaves has come to an end and the existance of female viewers remembered!Lengthy reply is lengthy.
Watch the first and last OAV (1 and 5) because they are the only ones that don't suck aren't boring make sense matter. About the third season, here is a little teaser about the plot of the first three episodes:
Plus, the fourth episode is called Yuuram. And although it's not about what all the fangirls wish it was about (hot make-up sex), Wolfram still plays a pretty major role. I'm sure this won't last, but I'm enjoying myself while it does.
The mmmmmmmm is indeed for Zero. Mmmmmmm.
Library War is actually surprisingly quite shoujo. The main character is a girl who joins this armed conflict between this scary government censorship group and the libraries (who have special dispensation to keep copies of censored materials). But she joins because a task member (book soldier!) once saved her and the book she wanted to buy from the censorship guys and she thinks this mystery guy is her prince charming. Except what she doesn't know and what is hinted at for the audience is that her prince charming is probably her commanding officer (Lt!) who she fights with all the time in a cute UST kind of way. It's funny, and cute, and has action sequences with like, guns and helicopters and rappelling down buildings and stuff!
Nabari no Ou is pretty much exactly what you would get if you crossed Loveless with Naruto. Jailbait middleschooler suddenly thrust into "world of nabari" (read: ninjas) because he has some sort of ninjitsu wisdom stored inside his body. He doesn't want to be a ninja, but his sensei/self-appointed ninja bodyguard/Soubi-double insists. Jailbait has interesting strength: he can turn on this shoujo aura (http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y1/Keiko-chii/icons2/nabari52.png) (
I don't think I'm far enough along in the manga to quite follow the super-awesome plot of xxxHolic Kei?
Oh God, I want to go, but its too much money to go to both AX and Otakon. D:
Re: Lengthy reply is lengthy.
I shall take your words about KKM into consideration, and probably get around to the third season then. I do love Wolfram.
This Library War thing sounds quite interesting. I shall investigate further.
Nabari no Ou, hmmm. Might check out the first episode.
xxxHolic Kei pick up with the spider arc, which is volume... 6? 7? 8? Somewhere. But some of the stuff in the first season went past that because they didn't have enough plot/episodes/something at the time to get into the plot and wanted to do more of the episodic bits, so this is a little like going back in time. Who cares, just get caught up!
Aww, money troubles, I know them well. D:
