It's pretty darn awesome. In that it is not awesome at all. Unrepentantly so. Brain-breakingly so. It is charming in a bastardy kind of way.

I think the worst part is that more than wanting to see more of Merlin and Arthur, I am sort of dying to see more of Colin and Bradley. I am not one for the RPS usually, but I would hit that up in a heartbeat. Also, whatever the hell my thing with William Mosley is, Bradley James is a thousand times sillier, and a thousand times hotter, and thus a thousand times even more my thing. God help me.

Also, you know, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Since I am home in New Jersey and have spent half the day watching House marathons, my thank you gift to you all is a rec:

HELLO, IAWTpost. I watched the same House marathon! Also in New Jersey (but in the north! shameful!) ALSO I don't want RPS of Colin and Bradley, because there is no writer who can make them as awesome as they are in RL or as awesome as they are in my head. I just want more video of them being idiots with Angel occasionally appearing. GOD ANGEL HAHAHA.

NOW, more importantly, you need to go watch the new episode. and then come back and read the comment i'm going to leave in reply to this comment that has a scene I wrote in it.

it's like the middle of the night and i'm super tired but i have this fic in mind where merlin keeps trying to tell arthur about the magic and keeps being thwarted by things like arthur's stupidity, the girls fluttering about, magical beasts and/or plagues, arthur willfully throwing himself into danger at any possible opportunity... i think this arthur will be dopily in love with merlin but trying to hide it and trying to woo him at the same time - BUT MERLIN WILL REMAIN UNAWARE. BECAUSE HE IS TOO DISTRACTED TRYING TO COME OUT TO ARTHUR. COMING OUT IS SRS BZS.

k i don't know. i'm just sick of stories where Arthur's already figured it out when Merlin tells him, figures it out on his own and Merlin doesn't have to tell him, or Merlin accidentally outs himself by blowing something up mid-coitus (and any combination of those three.) I want Merlin to decide to tell him, deal with it, tell him, and then I want Arthur to be pissed and upset, but to decide in the end that if Merlin's a sorcerer, then sorcerers aren't all bad.

and then I want them to have sex. (except i won't be writing that because, um, gross, sex? and I fail as a writer.) this is my outline so far.
